High-speed UV printer for thermos cups NC-Cylinder Elf-IV-D

The NC-CylinderElf-IV-D is a high-performance UV rotary printer designed for efficient cylindrical product customization and industrial batch production. It supports 360° rotary printing with simultaneous Primer + White + Color + Varnish output. It delivers seamless, embossed, and high-drop printing effects with stable high-speed performance.

This cylindrical UV printer is equipped with five RICOH GEN6 printheads as standard. An optional six-printhead configuration is also available. It supports resolutions up to 960×1200 dpi. It applies Primer, White, Color, and Varnish simultaneously in a single pass. This enables premium visual effects including embossed textures and seamless full-wrap designs. The printing speed ranges from 30 to 180 seconds per piece. This supports both small-batch customization and mass production.

The machine supports a printing length of 80–280mm. It also supports a diameter range of Ø45–160mm. This accommodates most standard tumblers, bottles, and cups. The 2–20mm high-drop printing adapts to complex curved surfaces. The optional taper range of less than 5° allows for printing on tapered cylindrical objects. The intelligent ink supply and temperature control systems ensure stable output during extended production runs.
